Healthy, Hearty, Country Style Cooking is a collection of 30-minute recipes by Chef Felicia Raccine McClure. Having been in the food industry for 12+ years, Felicia understands the art of being able to create quality meals in quality time. This cookbook includes three different styles of cooking: healthy, hearty and country style. Each recipe provides step by step instructions and ingredients that can be found in any local grocery store. Some recipes have been created by Felicia, herself, and others have been passed down to her from her mother and grandmother.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Felicia McClure is a private and professional Chef, who was born in Decatur, GA. In 2005 she graduated from DeVry University and enrolled in Lè Cordon Bleu shortly after to continue her education. Felicia has been in the food service industry since completing her studies and has worked at places such as Marriott Marquis, the Hilton, McCormick and Schmick and more. In 2012 Felicia started Raccine Catering Company where she's catered birthday parties, weddings, awards ceremonies, and private dinners.
